BACKGROUND: Gastric cancer (GC) is the fifth most commonly diagnosed malignancy worldwide, with over 1 million new cases per year, and the third leading cause of cancer-related death. AIM: To determine the optimal perioperative treatment regimen for patients with locally resectable GC. METHODS: A comprehensive literature search was conducted, focusing on phase II/III randomized controlled trials (RCTs) assessing perioperative chemotherapy and chemoradiotherapy in treating locally resectable GC. The R0 resection rate, overall survival (OS), disease-free survival (DFS), and incidence of grade 3 or higher nonsurgical severe adverse events (SAEs) associated with various perioperative regimens were analyzed. A Bayesian network meta-analysis was performed to compare treatment regimens and rank their efficacy. RESULTS: Thirty RCTs involving 8346 patients were included in this study. Neoadjuvant XELOX plus neoadjuvant radiotherapy and neoadjuvant CF were found to significantly improve the R0 resection rate compared with surgery alone, and the former had the highest probability of being the most effective option in this context. Neoadjuvant plus adjuvant FLOT was associated with the highest probability of being the best regimen for improving OS. Owing to limited data, no definitive ranking could be determined for DFS. Considering nonsurgical SAEs, FLO has emerged as the safest treatment regimen. CONCLUSION: This study provides valuable insights for clinicians when selecting perioperative treatment regimens for patients with locally resectable GC. Further studies are required to validate these findings.

The global antibiotic resistance crisis has drawn attention to the development of treatment methods less prone to inducing drug resistance, such as antimicrobial photodynamic therapy (aPDT). However, there is an increasing demand for new photosensitizers capable of efficiently absorbing in the near-infrared (NIR) region, enabling antibacterial treatment in deeper sites. Additionally, advanced strategies need to be developed to avert drug resistance stemming from prolonged exposure. Herein, we have designed a conjugated oligoelectrolyte, namely TTQAd, with a donor-acceptor-donor (D-A-D) backbone, enabling the generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) under NIR light irradiation, and cationic adamantaneammonium groups on the side chains, enabling the host-guest interaction with curcubit[7]uril (CB7). Due to the amphiphilic nature of TTQAd, it could spontaneously form nanoassemblies in aqueous solution. Upon CB7 treatment, the positive charge of the cationic adamantaneammonium group was largely shielded by CB7, leading to a further aggregation of the nanoassemblies and a reduced antibacterial efficacy of TTQAd. Subsequent treatment with competitor guests enables the release of TTQAd and restores its antibacterial effect. The reversible supramolecular switch for regulating the antibacterial effect offers the potential for the controlled release of active photosensitizers, thereby showing promise in preventing the emergence of drug-resistant bacteria.

OBJECTIVE: Limited-angle X-ray computed tomography (CT) is a typical ill-posed inverse problem, leading to artifacts in the reconstructed image due to the incomplete projection data. Most iteration CT reconstruction methods involve optimizing for a single object. This paper explores a multi-objective optimization model and an interactive method based on multi objective optimization to suppress the artifacts of limited-angle CT. Approach: The model includes two objective functions on dual-domain within data consis tency constraint. In the interactive method, the measure of structural similarity index (SSIM) is regarded as the value function of decision maker (DM) firstly. Secondly, the DM arranges the objective functions of multi-objective optimization model to be optimized according to their absolute improtance. Finally, the SSIM and the Simulate Anneal (SA) method help the DM choose the desirable reconstruction image by improving the SSIM value during the iteration process. Main results: Simulation and real data experiments demonstrate that the artifacts can be suppressed by the proposed method, and the results were superior to these reconstructed by other three reconstruction methods in preserving the edge structure of the image. Significance: The proposed interactive method based on multi-objective optimization shows some potential advantages over classical single object optimization methods.

Phytoremediation can eliminate pharmaceuticals from aquatic environments through absorption; however, understanding of absorption and transport processes in plants remains limited. In this study, a matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry imaging (MALDI-MSI) method was developed to explore the absorption and translocation mechanisms of seven common pharmaceuticals in Pistia stratiotes. Results showed that 2,3-dicyanohydroquinone, an infrequently used matrix, exhibited outstanding performance in MALDI-MSI analysis, producing the highest signal intensity for four of the seven pharmaceuticals. Region of Interest (ROI) analysis revealed that charge speciation of pharmaceuticals significantly influenced their ability to enter vascular bundle. Neutral and positively charged pharmaceuticals easily entered vascular bundle, while negatively charged pharmaceuticals faced difficulty. ROI results for neutral and negatively charged pharmaceuticals exhibited positive correlation with their transfer factor values, indicating that their translocation ability from root to shoot was related to their capacity to enter vascular bundle. However, no correlation was observed for positively charged pharmaceuticals, suggesting that these compounds, upon entering vascular bundle, encountered difficulties in upward translocation through the xylem. This study introduces an innovative approach and offers novel insights into the retention and migration of pharmaceuticals in plant tissues, aiming to enhance the understanding of pharmaceutical accumulation in plants. ENVIRONMENTAL IMPLICATION: Pharmaceuticals in aquatic environment can inflict detrimental effects on both human health and ecosystem. Phytoremediation can remove pharmaceuticals from aquatic environments through absorption. However, our understanding of absorption and transportation of pharmaceuticals in plants remains limited. This study developed a matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry imaging (MALDI-MSI) method for pharmaceuticals in plant roots, and to explore the absorption and translocation mechanisms of pharmaceuticals. The study offers direct evidence of differences in accumulation behavior of pharmaceuticals in plants, providing valuable insights for targeted and effective strategies in using plants for remediating the aquatic ecosystem from pharmaceuticals.

Background: Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic autoimmune disease that affects multiple systems. Patients with SLE are prone to a variety of malignancies, especially neoplasms of the female reproductive tract. Synchronous tumors, considered to involve multiple sites, are rare in the female reproductive tract. There are hardly any reports of SLE with synchronous reproductive tract tumors. Case presentation: We report the occurrence of two to three reproductive tract tumors in two women with SLE. A 52-year-old woman was diagnosed with vulvar cancer and cervical cancer. Another woman, aged 67, was diagnosed with concurrent vulvar cancer, vaginal cancer, and cervical cancer and also presented with a suspected lung cancer. Conclusion: The presence of synchronous tumors of the reproductive tract in patients with SLE is uncommon and can be easily disregarded. It is crucial to highlight that SLE patients with multiple primary malignancies exhibit notable late-stage presentation at the time of diagnosis, inadequate disease-free survival, poor overall survival, rapid progression rates, and mortality. Consequently, greater awareness must be raised regarding synchronous reproductive tract tumors in patients with SLE. Regular comprehensive cancer screening and management should be implemented for individuals diagnosed with SLE.

Hydrolyzable tannins (HTs), predominant polyphenols in oaks, are widely used in grape wine aging, feed additives, and human healthcare. However, the limited availability of a high-quality reference genome of oaks greatly hampered the recognition of the mechanism of HT biosynthesis. Here, high-quality reference genomes of three Asian oak species (Quercus variabilis, Quercus aliena, and Quercus dentata) that have different HT contents were generated. Multi-omics studies were carried out to identify key genes regulating HT biosynthesis. In vitro enzyme activity assay was also conducted. Dual-luciferase and yeast one-hybrid assays were used to reveal the transcriptional regulation. Our results revealed that ß-glucogallin was a biochemical marker for HT production in the cupules of the three Asian oaks. UGT84A13 was confirmed as the key enzyme for ß-glucogallin biosynthesis. The differential expression of UGT84A13, rather than enzyme activity, was the main reason for different ß-glucogallin and HT accumulation. Notably, sequence variations in UGT84A13 promoters led to different trans-activating activities of WRKY32/59, explaining the different expression patterns of UGT84A13 among the three species. Our findings provide three high-quality new reference genomes for oak trees and give new insights into different transcriptional regulation for understanding ß-glucogallin and HT biosynthesis in closely related oak species.

BACKGROUND: The duration of oxaliplatin-based chemotherapy in high-risk stage II, low-risk stage III, and high-risk stage III colon cancer patients is controversial. To reduce the risk of adverse events (AEs) without compromising efficacy while improving chemotherapy compliance is crucial. METHODS: We searched Cochrane, Embase, Pubmed, and Web of Science databases for articles from inception to 2023.8.8, the main outcomes were disease-free survival, overall survival, chemotherapy completion rates, and AE frequency. RESULTS: Six randomized controlled trials involving 10,332 patients were included. Disease-free survival analysis revealed that only the high-risk stage III colon cancer patients experienced better results with the six-month FOLFOX regimen when compared with the 3-month regimen (Hazard ratio [HR]: 1.32, 95% CI: 1.15-1.51, P<0.0001). Overall survival analysis revealed that extending the use of FOLFOX and CAPEOX regimens did not provide survival benefits for stage III colon cancer patients (HR: 1.16, 95% CI: 0.9-1.49, and HR: 0.89, 95% CI: 0.67-1.18, P=0.40). The completion rate of the three-month oxaliplatin-based adjuvant chemotherapy regimen was significantly higher than that of the six-month regimen (Relative risk [RR]: 1.16, 95% CI: 1.06-1.27, P=0.002). Moreover, the three-month regimen had significantly lower AE rates than the six-month regimen (RR: 0.62, 95% CI: 0.57-0.68, P<0.00001), with differences mainly concentrated in grade 3/4 neutropenia (RR: 0.70, 95% CI: 0.59-0.85, P=0.0002), peripheral sensory neuropathy at≥grade 2 (RR: 0.45, 95% CI: 0.38-0.53, P<0.00001), and hand-foot syndrome at≥grade 2 (RR: 0.36, 95% CI: 0.17-0.77, P=0.009). CONCLUSIONS: The six-month FOLFOX regimen should only be recommended for high-risk stage III colon cancer, while the three-month regimen can be recommended for other stages. A three-month CAPEOX regimen can be recommended for stage II-III colon cancer.

Purpose: Achieving no residual disease is essential for increasing overall survival (OS) and progression-free survival (PFS) in ovarian cancer patients. However, the survival benefit of achieving no residual disease during both intrathoracic and abdominopelvic cytoreductive surgery is still unclear. This meta-analysis aimed to assess the survival benefit and safety of intrathoracic and abdominopelvic cytoreductive surgery in advanced ovarian cancer patients. Methods: We systematically searched for studies in online databases, including PubMed, Embase, and Web of Science. We used Q statistics and I-squared statistics to evaluate heterogeneity, sensitivity analysis to test the origin of heterogeneity, and Egger's and Begg's tests to evaluate publication bias. Results: We included 4 retrospective cohort studies, including 490 patients, for analysis; these studies were assessed as high-quality studies. The combined hazard ratio (HR) with 95% confidence interval (CI) for OS was 1.92 (95% CI 1.38-2.68), while the combined HR for PFS was 1.91 (95% CI 1.47-2.49). Only 19 patients in the four studies reported major complications, and 4 of these complications were surgery related. Conclusion: The maximal extent of cytoreduction in the intrathoracic and abdominopelvic tract improves survival outcomes, including OS and PFS, in advanced ovarian cancer patients with acceptable complications. Uric acid (UA) is an important biomarker, as a high concentration in blood can lead to gout and further renal syndrome. Although several point-of-care testing (POCT) devices have been reported to detect UA, there are some limitations such as the requirement for uricase and the complicated pretreatment of serum/plasma samples, which restricts their use at home or in undeveloped areas. In this work, we developed an approach by applying Zn2+ to precipitate proteins and cells in whole blood to avoid interference with the chromogenic reaction. We used carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) to immobilize tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) on a nitrocellulose membrane for colorimetric detection. Using the oxidization properties of H2O2, which turns TMB into oxidized tetramethylbenzidine (TMBox) in the presence of catalyst gold nanoparticles (AuNPs), we successfully constructed an enzyme-free paper-based POCT device using the reduction reaction of UA and TMBox for simple, speedy, and cheap colorimetric detection of UA, achieving a detection time of 8 min, a linear range of 0-150 µg/mL, and an LOD of 25.79 µg/mL. The UA concentration in whole blood samples was further measured and correlated well with the clinical value (R2 = 0.8212). Thus, the proposed assay has the potential for POCT diagnosis, monitoring, and prognosis of diseases related to UA.

Hereby, facile-green copper nanoclusters templated by glutathione S-transferase (GST-CuNCs) have been innovatively synthesized via a simple one-pot stirring method at room temperature. The as-prepared nanoclusters exhibited uniform size with satisfactory fluorescence intensity, good stability and low cytotoxicity. Significantly, the fluorescence of the obtained GST-CuNCs could be considerably enhanced by the addition of chlorotetracycline (CTC) rather than other analogues of CTC, which was ascribed to the aggregation-induced enhancement caused by the interaction between CTC and GST. The enhanced fluorescence intensity demonstrated a good linear correlation with the CTC concentration in the range of 30-120 µM (R2 = 0.99517), and the low detection limit was 69.7 nM. Furthermore, the proposed approach showed favorable selectivity and anti-interference toward CTC among prevalent ions and amino acids. Additionally, this nanoprobe was also applied to the quantitative detection of CTC in serum samples with satisfactory outcomes, which demonstrated excellent prospects for practical applications.

BACKGROUND: Tumor-derived exosomes (TEXs) play an important role in the development process of cancer, which can transport a large number of carcinogenic molecules to normal cells, and subsequently promote tumor metastasis. However, TEXs that were utilized in most of previous researches were obtained from the cell medium of tumor cell lines, which cannot reflect the physiological state of primary cells in vivo. Isolation of native TEXs from human plasma with intact function is contributed to exploring the interaction between TEXs and recipient cells for understanding their true biological functions. RESULTS: We developed a strategy that involves both capture and release processes to obtain native TEXs from plasma of cancer patients. An MoS2-based immunomagnetic probe (Fe3O4@MoS2-Au-Aptamer, named as FMAA) with the advantages of high surface area, magnetic response and abundant affinity sites was designed and synthesized to capture TEXs through recognizing high-expression tumor-associated antigens of EpCAM. With the assistance of complementary sequences of EpCAM, TEXs were released with non-destruction and no residual labels. According to NTA analysis, 107-108 TEXs were recovered from per mL plasma of breast cancer patients. The interaction between native TEXs and normal epithelial cells confirms TEXs could induce significant activation of autophagy of recipient cells with co-culture for 12 h. Proteomics analysis demonstrated a total of 637 proteins inside epithelial cells had dynamic expression with the stimulation of TEXs and 5 proteins in the pathway of autophagy had elevated expression level. SIGNIFICANCE: This work not only obtains native TEXs from human plasma with non-destruction and no residual labels, but also explores the interaction between TEXs and recipient cells for understanding their true biological functions, which will accelerate the application of TEXs in the field of biomarkers and therapeutic drugs.

Perfluoroalkyl acid (PFAA) precursors have been used in various consumer and industrial products due to their hydrophobic and oleophobic properties. In recent years, PFAA precursors in agricultural soil-plant systems have received increasing attention as they are susceptible to biotransformation into metabolites with high biotoxicity risks to human health. In this review, we systematically assessed the occurrence of PFAA precursors in agricultural soils, taking into account their sources and biodegradation pathways. In addition, we summarized the findings of the relevant literature on the uptake and biotransformation of PFAA precursors by agricultural plants. The applications of biosolids/composts and pesticides are the main sources of PFAA precursors in agricultural soils. The physicochemical properties of PFAA precursors, soil organic carbon (SOC) contents, and plant species are the key factors influencing plant root uptakes of PFAA precursors from soils. This review revealed, through toxicity assessment, the potential of PFAA precursors to generate metabolites with higher toxicity than the parent precursors. The results of this paper provide a reference for future research on PFAA precursors and their metabolites in soil-plant systems.

The 2021 WHO guidelines stress the importance of measuring ultrafine particles using particle number concentration (PNC) for health assessments. However, commonly used particle metrics such as aerodynamic diameter and number concentrations do not fully capture the diverse chemical makeup of complex particles. To address this issue, our study used high-throughput mass spectrometry to analyze the properties of cooking oil fumes (COFs) in real time and evaluate their impact on BEAS-2B cell metabolism. Results showed insignificant differences in COF number size distributions between soybean oil and olive oil (peak concentrations of 5.20 × 105/cm3), as well as between corn oil and peanut oil (peak concentrations of 4.35 × 105/cm3). Despite the similar major chemical components among the four COFs, variations in metabolic damage were observed, indicating that the relatively small amount of chemical components of COFs can also influence particle behavior within the respiratory system, thereby impacting biological responses. Additionally, interactions between accompanying gaseous COFs and particles may alter their chemical composition through various mechanisms, introducing additional chemicals and modifying existing proportions. Hence, the chemical composition and gaseous components of COFs hold equal importance to the particle number concentration (PNC) when assessing their impact on human health. The absence of these considerations in the current guidelines underscores a research gap. It is imperative to acknowledge that for a more comprehensive approach to safeguarding public health, guidelines must be regularly updated to reflect new scientific findings and robust epidemiological evidence.

BACKGROUND: Necroptosis is a programmed necrotic cell death, in which dying cells rupture and release intracellular components that trigger a proinflammatory response. The current study aimed at probing the circular RNA (circRNA)-mediated regulatory mechanisms in necroptosis in premature ovarian failure (POF). METHODS: CircRNA sequencing analysis was conducted in ovarian tissues of control and POF rats and transcriptome microarrays were acquired from the GSE33423 dataset. Differential expression analysis of circRNAs and mRNAs was executed between the POF and control data. Both a necroptosis-based circRNA-microRNA (miRNA)-mRNA network and a protein-protein interaction (PPI) network were established. Then, the functional annotation and immunological traits were analyzed. RESULTS: Totally, 1266 upregulated and 1283 downregulated circRNAs as well as 1101 upregulated and 1168 downregulated mRNAs were determined in the POF rats versus the controls. The differentially expressed mRNAs predominantly correlated with necroptosis. The circRNA-miRNA-mRNA networks of downregulated necroptosis genes (comprising rno_circRNA_004995-rno-miR-148b-5p-H2afy2, rno_circRNA_016998-rno-miR-29a-5p-Hmgb1, and rno_circRNA_017593-rno-miR-29a-5p-Hmgb1) and upregulated necroptosis genes (comprising rno_circRNA_015900-rno-miR-935-Stat1, rno_circRNA_007946-rno-miR-328a-3p-Stat5a, rno_circRNA_007947-rno-miR-328a-3p-Stat5a, rno_circRNA_005064-rno-miR-18a-5p-Stat1, rno_circRNA_005064-rno-miR-18a-5p-Stat5a, rno_circRNA_005115-rno-miR-22-3p-Stat1, rno_circRNA_009028-rno-miR-342-5p-Stat1, rno_circRNA_011240-rno-miR-1224-Stat5a, rno_circRNA_016078-rno-miR-711-Stat5a) were built. POF-specific necroptosis genes (STAT1, STAT5A, PLA2G4A, HMG1L1, HMGB1, AGER, EGFR, HDAC7, IFNA1, IL10RB, IL27RA, PYGL, SOCS1, TRADD, CXCL10, DDX5, EZH2, FADS2, FER, H2AFY2, HIST1H2AF, IFI44L, IL27, IRGM, MX1, NFKB2, PAFAH2, PEMT, PGM2L1, PGR, PHKA2, and PLB1) were selected since they displayed notable associations with most immune cells, immune checkpoints, chemokines, human leukocyte antigen (HLA) molecules, and immune receptors. CONCLUSIONS: Altogether, we proposed the presence of widespread regulatory mechanisms of circRNAs in necroptosis and demonstrated that altered circRNA biogenesis might contribute to POF by affecting necroptosis.

The Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) infection causes tuberculosis (TB) and has been a long-standing public-health threat. It is urgent that we discover novel antitubercular agents to manage the increased incidence of multidrug-resistant (MDR) or extensively drug-resistant (XDR) strains of MTB and tackle the adverse effects of the first- and second-line antitubercular drugs. We previously found that gliotoxin (1), 12, 13-dihydroxy-fumitremorgin C (2), and helvolic acid (3) from the cultures of a deep-sea-derived fungus, Aspergillus sp. SCSIO Ind09F01, showed direct anti-TB effects. As macrophages represent the first line of the host defense system against a mycobacteria infection, here we showed that the gliotoxin exerted potent anti-tuberculosis effects in human THP-1-derived macrophages and mouse-macrophage-leukemia cell line RAW 264.7, using CFU assay and laser confocal scanning microscope analysis. Mechanistically, gliotoxin apparently increased the ratio of LC3-II/LC3-I and Atg5 expression, but did not influence macrophage polarization, IL-1ß, TNF-a, IL-10 production upon MTB infection, or ROS generation. Further study revealed that 3-MA could suppress gliotoxin-promoted autophagy and restore gliotoxin-inhibited MTB infection, indicating that gliotoxin-inhibited MTB infection can be treated through autophagy in macrophages. Therefore, we propose that marine fungi-derived gliotoxin holds the promise for the development of novel drugs for TB therapy.

This paper presents comprehensive research of the advantages and applicability of various concrete carbonation detection methods. Employing a combination of Phenolphthalein indicator (PI), Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), X-ray phase analysis (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and Quantitative calcium carbonate analysis (CA), a detailed comparison to determine the carbonation depth in the partial carbonation zone of concrete specimens is conducted. Among the quantitative analysis methods, CA measures CaCO3 content based on chemical reactions, while TGA obtains the concentration distribution of Ca(OH)2 and CaCO3. Among qualitative analysis methods, XRD tested the intensity distribution of Ca(OH)2 and CaCO3, while FTIR traced the characteristic peaks of C-O functional groups in a specific spectral range to determine the depth of carbonation of concrete. Results indicate that the depth of carbonation values measured by CA, TGA, XRDA, and FTIR are 2-3 times higher than those measured by PI. This research may provide valuable insights for the design of carbonation detection in concrete.

Apples are deeply loved by people because of their rich nutritional value, but they are susceptible to rotting. The use of antagonistic yeast is a promising method for controlling postharvest fruit diseases, but biocontrol efficacy of yeast will be weakened in environmental stress. In this study, the effects of glycine (Gly) on the oxidative stress tolerance and the biocontrol efficacy of Sporidiobolus pararoseus (S. pararoseus) against Aspergillus niger (A. niger) are discussed. Under the stimulation of H2O2, the yeast cells treated with Gly (1 mM) showed lower ROS content, less mitochondrial impairment and cellular oxidative damage, and the cell survival rate was significantly higher than Gly-untreated yeast. The yeast cells exposed to Gly significantly increased the activities of antioxidant enzymes superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), and the content of glutathione (GSH). Notably, Gly-treated yeast cells had better biocontrol efficacy against A. niger in postharvest apples. The lesion diameter and decay incidence were reduced by 17.67 mm and 79.63% compared to the control, respectively, when S. pararoseus was treated with 1 mM Gly. Moreover, Gly-treated yeast increased the antioxidant enzymes activities and their gene expression were up-regulated in apples. These results indicated that 1 mM Gly not only reduced the oxidative damage of yeast, but also induced resistance-related enzymes of apples under oxidative stress, which contributed to enhancing the biocontrol efficacy of S. pararoseus against A. niger in apples.

Linear biometric measurements on magnetic resonance images are important for the assessment of fetal brain development, which is expert knowledge dependent and laborious. This study aims to construct a segmentation-based method for automatic two-dimensional biometric measurements of fetal brain on magnetic resonance images that provides a fast and accurate measurement of fetal brain. A total of 268 volumes (5360 images) magnetic resonance images of normal fetuses were included. The automatic method involves two steps. First, the fetal brain was segmented into four parts with a deep segmentation network: cerebrum, cerebellum, and left and right lateral ventricles. Second, the measurement plane was determined, and the corresponding biometric parameters were calculated according to clinical guidelines, including cerebral biparietal diameter (CBPD), transverse cerebellar diameter (TCD), left and right atrial diameter (LAD/RAD). Pearson correlation coefficient and Bland-Altman plots were used to assess the correlation and agreement between computer-predicted values and manual measurements. Mean differences were used to evaluate the errors quantitatively. Analysis of fetal cerebral growth based on the automatic measurements was also displayed. The experiment results show that correlation coefficients for CBPD, TCD, LAD and RAD were as follows: 0.977, 0.990, 0.817, 0.719, mean differences were - 2.405 mm, - 0.008 mm, - 0.33 mm, - 0.213 mm, respectively. The correlation between the errors and gestational age was not statistically significant (p values were 0.2595, 0.0510, 0.1995, and 0.0609, respectively). The proposed automatic method for linear measurements on fetal brain MRI achieves excellent performance, which is expected to be applied in clinical practice and be helpful for prenatal diagnosis and clinical work efficiency improvement.
